Two days. That is what is left on Cluster University of Jammu's second round of postgraduate registration, which closes on 12 August 2026.
If you missed Round 1, or applied and did not get the seat you wanted when the allotment came out, this is the general entry point still open. Round 1's provisional list, final rank list and seat allotment have all already been published, so Round 2 is working against whatever remains.

All three share the same window: registration and fee payment ran from 15 July and both shut on 12 August 2026. Registration fee is ₹250.

How to do it
Go to admissions.clujammu.ac.in/admission and register on the portal.
Fill the form for the programme you want and complete the ₹250 payment. Registration without payment does not count — both windows close on the same date, so leaving the fee to the last hour is the classic way to lose a seat.
Keep your qualifying-degree marksheet, date-of-birth proof, category or domicile certificate and a recent photograph scanned and ready before you start, not during.

Why this one is worth the effort
Cluster University is built out of five of Jammu's established government colleges, which is why its postgraduate seats matter more than its relative newness suggests — it is where a large share of Jammu-city graduates do a master's without leaving the city or paying private-university fees. One practical note: the university's admissions page states that a one-year M.A. Education is not permitted by UGC, so if you finished a four-year degree and were counting on the one-year master's route for that specific subject, check before you pay.
After you apply
Registering is not the same as having a seat. Round 1's rank lists and seat allotment are already out; the Round 2 lists follow the same sequence — a provisional rank list, then a final list, then allotment. The portal is where all three are published, and the university has not announced dates for them, so check it rather than waiting to be told.
Eligibility differs programme by programme across the 31 on offer, and the portal lists each separately. Read the requirement for the specific subject you are applying to before you pay the ₹250 rather than after.
