Good news for thousands of Jammu students refreshing their phones for marks: the University of Jammu's Controller of Examinations (COE) has declared a fresh batch of undergraduate and professional results. If you sat any of these papers, your scores are now live online.

The results were released on July 2, 2026, and cover several cohorts at once. Here is what came out:

  • UG Semester-V (FYUP) under NEP-2020, session 2025-26 (Result Notification No. 14)

  • UG 6th Semester (Result Notification No. 24)

  • UG 1st Semester, declared under two notifications, No. 49 (2022 session) and No. 22 (2024-25 session)

  • MBBS 3rd Professional Part-II, regular session for the 2020-22 batch (Result Notification No. 05)

The clutch of results is a milestone in itself. The FYUP Semester-V result under NEP-2020 reflects the newer four-year undergraduate structure now working its way through the University, while the MBBS declaration matters for medical students moving toward their clinical years. The two separate UG 1st Semester notifications, covering the 2022 and 2024-25 sessions, also mean students from older backlog batches and the current cohort are being cleared together, so double-check that you are opening the notification that matches your session before you go hunting for your roll number.

How to check your result

All of these are available on the University's official examination portal, coeju.com. The quickest route:

  • Go to coeju.com and open the notices section (coeju.com/notices.aspx).

  • Filter for July 2026 and locate your relevant result notification number from the list above.

  • Open the published PDF and search for your roll number to find your marks.

A couple of practical tips. Portals can crawl on result day as everyone logs in at once, so if the page is slow, try again during off-peak hours rather than assuming your result is missing. Download and save the PDF for your records, and if you spot a discrepancy in your marks, check the University's guidelines on revaluation or rechecking and the deadlines that apply, these windows tend to be short.

For students planning admissions, internships or the next semester's paperwork, having your official result in hand is the document that unlocks the next step, from re-registering for the coming semester to attaching a marksheet with a scholarship or job application. Verify your marks against the official notification before acting on them, and hold on to both the PDF and, once issued, the physical marksheet from your college.
