The three figures are the fee up to 25 September, the late fee up to 30 September, and on-spot registration. The fee includes a conference kit, a participation certificate, two lunches and four teas.
If you are presenting
Oral presentations must be in PowerPoint, and the flier is specific about structure: aim, method, results, conclusion. Posters must be printed on flex at 3 feet wide by 5 feet high — measure before you send anything to a printer, because a poster in the wrong format is not going on the board.
Is this worth it for an undergraduate?
Honestly: if you have unpublished work of your own, yes. A presentation certificate from an international conference is a real line on a postgraduate application or a fellowship form, and ₹500 is roughly what the printing costs. If you have no original work to submit, you can still register and attend at the same ₹500 — which, for a second-year student who has never seen how a research presentation is structured, is not a bad way to spend a Wednesday.
What this is not is a shortcut to a publication. It is an abstract and a presentation, not a peer-reviewed paper.
