The University of Jammu has opened admissions to a one-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Composite Culture Management, and the application window began today.

The programme runs at the International Centre for Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management (ICccR & HRM) on the university's main campus, spread over two semesters. Intake is 20 seats, including reserved-category seats as per university norms.

Two features make it unusually accessible for a postgraduate qualification. There is no entrance test — admission is on academic merit. And eligibility is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or stream from a recognised university, or a qualification recognised as equivalent by the University of Jammu, with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC and ST candidates the bar is 45%.

That opens it to a wide field: a graduate from any stream who has finished a degree and wants a specialised postgraduate credential without sitting another entrance paper.

The details you need

  • Programme: PG Diploma in Composite Culture Management, 1 year full-time, 2 semesters

  • Seats: 20, including reserved-category seats

  • Eligibility: Bachelor's in any discipline with 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC/ST)

  • Selection: academic merit — no entrance test

  • Application fee: ₹400, payable through the online payment gateway

  • Forms available from: 11 August 2026

  • Last date to submit: 30 August 2026

How to apply

Forms can be collected by hand during working hours from the ICccR & HRM office on the main campus, or downloaded through the University of Jammu website at jammuuniversity.ac.in via the Google Form link published in the announcement. The ₹400 fee is paid online.

For queries, the centre has listed two numbers: 9596639967 and 9797390388.

The announcement is issued under No. ICccR & HRM/26/260, dated 3 August 2026, and signed by the Director of the centre.

Nineteen days is a comfortable window by the standards of this admission season, but 20 seats on a merit-only basis is a narrow door — and the merit list will be built from the marks you already have, not from anything you can improve between now and the 30th. If your aggregate clears the bar, the sensible move is to file early rather than to spend a fortnight deciding.
