The story so far
Cluster University of Jammu's regular admission window for 2026-27 closed on 3 September. What has followed is a run of clean-up rounds for seats still lying vacant: a first spot round on 7–8 September, an extension on the 9th, and then the round we reported on 16 September, which ran 16 to 18 September alongside a Semester-III readmission deadline. Earlier rounds also covered M.Ed and the three-year Integrated B.Ed–M.Ed.
What's new
A corrigendum on the university's notification page adds another spot round on 24 and 25 September. The details, from CLUJ's own notices:
Dates: Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September 2026
Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on both days
Venue: Library Block, Cluster University of Jammu
For: vacant Postgraduate and Five-Year Integrated Master's (FYIMP) seats
How: walk-in, in person, with document verification done on the spot
There is no online application to submit for this round. You turn up inside the window with your originals.
Before you go
Check the seat position first. Vacancies are programme-by-programme and they move between rounds. The admissions portal at admissions.clujammu.ac.in carries the current position.
Read the corrigendum itself. The vacant-seat table and the document list live inside a scanned notice PDF on the university's notifications page, which we could not transcribe reliably — so open it yourself rather than relying on a summary, including ours, for what to carry.
Go early. A five-hour window across two days, with verification happening at the desk, is not a queue you want to join at 2:45 PM.
Carry originals plus copies of your marksheets, date-of-birth proof, category certificate if you are claiming one, and migration or transfer documents if you are coming from another university.
What else is live at CLUJ right now
The university has also been clearing a backlog of results through September — result gazettes and notifications for UG Semester 2 under NEP, PG Semester 1, M.A. Education Semester 2 and the Integrated B.Ed–M.Ed Semester 4, covering the January and May 2026 sittings. Separately, an 18 September notice adopts the LOCF syllabus for the one-year and two-year PG programmes. Both sit on the same notifications page as the corrigendum.
If this round does not get you a seat, it is worth knowing that no further round has been notified. Spot rounds exist to fill what is left, and at some point what is left is nothing.
