1. General Manager (Urban), Jammu Smart City Limited
- Deadline: October 17, 2026, up to 5:00 pm. Advertisement No. 30076 JSCL of 2026, dated October 8.
- Post: one contractual post, initially for a year, extendable. Consolidated pay of ₹1.65 lakh. Preference to a candidate who can join immediately.
- Eligibility: the page lists "any graduate or postgraduate"; the detailed criteria and age limit were not available to us.
- How to apply: download the advertisement and form from myjammu.jk.gov.in and submit by hand, post or email to the Additional CEO, Jammu Smart City Limited, Bahu Plaza, North Block, 4th Floor, Jammu 180012.
2. Technician (outsourced), IIT Jammu
- Deadline: October 27, 2026. Notification Outsource: HR-79, dated October 13, through the outsourcing agency M/s Nimbus Harbor Pvt. Ltd.
- Post: one post, initially three months, with pay of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 a month; no claim to regularisation. Work is in the Work Studios and Maker Space for the Unified Engineering Course.
- Eligibility (any one): a relevant engineering degree or diploma with 60% (or CGPA 5.0); 10+2 with 50% plus a one-year ITI; or 10th with 60% plus a two-year ITI. Six months of experience, preferably in a tinkering lab. Age up to 30.
- Selection: shortlisting, then a trade test or interview. The fee was not stated.
