Sixty-six candidates appear in BOPEE's third, or mop-up, provisional allotment list for the Post-Basic BSc Nursing course. If your name is on the list, the important next step is physical reporting: allotted colleges will accept candidates from 11:00 AM on 20 August until 5:00 PM on 22 August 2026.
The list includes allotments to several Jammu-area institutions, including Stephen College of Nursing at Miran Sahib, Rajiv Gandhi College of Nursing and Bee Enn College of Nursing at Chak Bhalwal, and the Institute of Public Health and Hygiene at Kot Bhalwal.
August 20: reporting opens
Download the provisional allotment letter and report to the college named against your application number. Take original documents rather than relying only on phone scans.
Documents to carry
domicile certificate;
Class 12 marks certificate;
all General Nursing and Midwifery marks cards;
registration certificate issued by the J&K Paramedical Council;
category certificate, if applicable; and
any additional document requested by the allotted college.
BOPEE describes the allotment as provisional. The college must verify eligibility and documents before completing admission.
August 22: the window closes
The reporting deadline is 5:00 PM. A candidate who does not join within the notified period will lose the allotted seat and the associated claim, according to the board's notice.
Check the annexure by application number and name, then contact the allotted college directly if you need practical instructions on fees or document copies. Those institution-level details are not set out in BOPEE's notification.
