What the trials decide
The trials pick J&K's gymnasts for two national events: the National Aerobics Championship in Jaipur from November 12 to 16, 2026, and the Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship in Mohali, Punjab, from November 17 to 20, 2026.

- Take part in the selection trials on November 3 and 4.
- Attend the team screening on November 5.
The association says all three are mandatory to represent J&K. Gymnasts have been asked to report with a copy of their Aadhaar card and a photograph to Ravinder Singh, who is organiser and coordinator, on 9484015310.
