The university put out a cluster of notices between October 13 and 16. Here is what each one says, taken from the university's own notification pages.
PG and PGI counselling: a one-time window on October 16
Notice CLUJ/Acd./2026/2190-95, dated October 14, 2026, from the Dean Academic Affairs, allowed candidates who "could not seek admission" to PG and PG Integrated programmes for 2026-27 within the prescribed schedule to report for one-day counselling on October 16 with all original documents. It is subject to eligibility criteria and availability of vacant seats, continues an earlier notification dated September 15, and applies to session 2026-27 only. The notice names no programmes, seat counts or fee. If you were hoping to use it and the date has passed, contact the university directly.
UG semester 3 mercy/re-appear exam moved to October 24
The Controller of Examinations' notice dated October 15 shifts the UG Semester 3 CBCS (Mercy/Re-appear) examination from Saturday, October 17 to Saturday, October 24, 2026. The notice says the time and venue remain the same and gives no reason for the change.
Results and notices on the homepage
The university's notification list for the same week included results and notices for UG Semester 1 NEP (January 2026), ITEP Semester 2 and the four-year ITEP 4th semester result gazette (May 2026), a re-evaluation result notification for UG Semester 1 NEP, and a notice for UG Semester 4 (NEP, May 2026). One of them, Notification No. 06 dated October 16, is only a correction to two students' results from an earlier notice, not a general result. Check the exact notification for your course before acting on it.
